Also very good at learning and innovation, he has, many times, made business investigation, paid visits to and/or pursued his studies in many countries and regions such as USA, Japan,South Korea, Singapore and Europe successively as well as been invited to have professional training at the famous universities or academic authorities at home and abroad. Now serving as vice secretary general of both Shanghai Pudong New District Enterprises Association and Entrepreneurs Association, member of Pudong New District Youth Association, honorary director of Shanghai Population & Welfare Foundation, he has been honored Top 10 Foreign Young Builder in Pudong New District, Shanghai, Excellent Young Innovator in Countryside of Pudong New District, Shanghai, Civilization “Ambassador” in Pudong New District, Shanghai and etc..     Mr. JIANG Yongxiang, director of the company, was awarded the doctoral degree of economics by Fudan University in 1998 and worked with HuaHong Group thereafter, serving as the deputy head of its Development Department, vice general manager of Shanghai Huahong Jitong Smart Card System Co.,Ltd, the principal on the part of Huahong for McKinsey Strategy Consulting Program, and the member of the preparation team for the company’s being listed. He has studied and investigated in Maryland USA and Kansai Japan in succession, specializing in strategic planning, program investment & financing and corporate operation management. Now he acts as vice president of Dingjia Venture (Zhangjiang Ventures).

    WANG Aimin, director of the company, was awarded the doctoral degree of economics by Fudan University in 2002 and used to act as the secretary to the General Manager of, supervisor of Secretary Office for Board of Directors of and supervisor of Securities and Investment Department of Shanghai International Airport Co., Ltd.. In 2000, he was sent to USA to study aviation and airport planning management. Specializing in air transportation, corporate development and capital market operation, he has published over 10 theses in the major and authoritative periodicals based at home and abroad and two works. Now he acts as the aviation affairs manager with Garfinkle & Wang.

    Ms. FANG Xianli, director of the company, was awarded the doctoral degree of economics by Fudan University in 2003. Holding national Certificate Public Accountant, national Qualification Certificate of Registered Lawyer and qualification certificate for Registered Stock Analyst, she used to act as the head of Foreign Cooperation Division with Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of the Jinqiao Program of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd., Assistant to General Manager of and Office Director of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd. respectively. Furthermore, she has been involved in the board meetings of Shanghai Automotive Co., Ltd. (SA) as well as the negotiation for SA’s acquisition of British Rover Automotive Co., Ltd..
